Baked Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients 
– 1 spaghetti squash

Directions:

– preheat oven to 450º

– prepare baking pan by lining with parchment paper

– using a sharp knife, cut the squash lengthwise

– scrape out the seeds using a spoon

– place each half of the squash facedown onto the lined baking sheet

– bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the skin can be easily pierced with a knife

– remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly

– comb out the squash with a fork, it will separate into long spaghetti like strands

Pairs well as a dish with seasoned chicken, tomato sauce and fried veggies!
