Protein Brownies


1 mashed banana
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
¼ cup coco powder
2 scoops protein powder


Blend all ingredients until you get a ball mixture and then add into muffin tin.
Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 8 min (any longer and they will harden up)
Each batch only makes 4 brownies
