Protein Pancakes (FlapJacked Protein Pancakes)

(This recipe was increased to make the serving size larger and was altered just slightly.)

-Heat a non-stick pan on a medium-low setting
– In a medium sized bowl, place 1 1/2 cups of protein pancake mix with 1/3 cup of cold water and 2/3 cup of almond milk
– Add cinnamon to the bowl and whisk together until smooth

– Immediately pour the batter into the warm pan. Make pancakes any desired size, but 4 inches in size will be easier to flip

– Cook until the edges begin to dry and bubbles start to form in the batter
– Flip the pancakes and cook until brown
– Top with 0 Zero Calorie Walden’s Farms

Makes 5 pancakes (2 servings) of approximately 3-4 inches in size
