(this is a salt free, high protein, low fat cheese-similar to cottage cheese. can be found in most grocery stores, can replace with 6 tablespoons of fat free cream cheese if necessary)
2 tbsp of 0% greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Stevia or organic sweetener to taste
1 scoop of Perfect Sports’ Chocolate Peanut Butter Diesel
1 tbsp of unsweetened dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl until well combined.
Divide mixture evenly into ramekins with muffin liner or sprayed with coconut oil.
Place in freezer for a few hours until frozen
Remove from freezer a few minutes before eating to thaw

- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl, add Quest Protein Powder®, cream cheese, almond milk, sweetener, and cinnamon.
Mix ingredients until smooth.

1/2 ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup ground oats or coconut flour
Mix everything together (sprinkles last so they don’t run) and pour into waffle maker or frying pan (for pancakes).
1/2 scoop French vanilla Diesel protein
2 tbsp coconut/almond milk
1 tsp stevia
Mix together and drizzle on waffles.
Top with more sprinkles obviously!!!
