Free shipping on orders of $99 or more (some exceptions apply for irregularly heavy items). Free shipping is sent through our choice of Canada Post or Purolator, however you may choose to upgrade to faster shipping at checkout.
Shipments are sent via Canada Post or Purolator. We offer Expedited Parcel as well as Xpresspost through Canada Post, and Purolator Ground through Purolator. We ship from our warehouse in New Brunswick. Delivery time will vary depending on speed chosen. Normal delivery times are 1-7 business days*. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order is shipped. We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours.
*Longer than normal delivery times should be expected during holidays and extreme situations/natural disasters, etc.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm Atlantic time Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm , weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Very rarely orders are late or delayed in shipping. But problems do occur. If you have not received confirmation or you feel your order is late, please feel free to contact us @ 1-800-644-9030 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We like to ensure everyone is 100% satisfied.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Before returning any items, please email us at email@example.com so we can assist you in this process. Failure to do this may result in your return being delayed.
Returned products must be sealed and not tampered with in any way. As the products are health food consumables and regulated by the appropriate Canadian or U.S. authorities and full details of the product including the complete list of ingredients are shown on our website, we regret that product cannot be returned due to flavour and consistency etc.. Any promotional items received with your order must also be included in any return, including any samples. Any promotional items missing will be deducted from your return at full price. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation with your return so we know who is making the return.
All clothing items are final sale and non-returnable.
Please note any shipping costs incurred with the return are the sole responsibility of the person(s) returning the items. A restocking fee equal to the cost of the original shipping amount incurred by us, plus 10% of the total order will be subtracted from a return before any refund will be issued. Alternatively, the restocking fee is waived if you choose to take the balance of your return as a gift card.
Damaged During Shipping
Upon receiving your order please ensure you check all the products thoroughly for any damage or compromises in the packaging. In the rare occurrence that your order was damaged during shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with your order number and photos of your order, including packaging, so we can assist your claim.
Once we are satisfied the product was damaged during shipping we will send replacement product and arrange to have the offending item(s) shipped back to us.
In these cases, please do not dispose of any packing or product until instructed. Our shippers have to be notified and a claim processed with them and they may require additional information on the damages. If this is not adhered to your claim maybe voided.
We carefully check every shipment leaving to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible, however if you receive expired product by accident please let us know immediately by emailing email@example.com so we can redress the issue.
Clearance items may be short dated, and cannot be returned. All clearance sales are final.
