How to request a price match
During checkout, use the Order Notes box to list the product, the lower advertised price, the online retailer, and the link to the competing product page.
Complete your order as usual. Our staff will verify the lower price and confirm whether it meets the price guarantee requirements.
Price match requests must be submitted before the order is shipped. Requests made after checkout or after shipment cannot be applied retroactively.
Eligibility requirements
- The lower price must be advertised by a Canadian website.
- The item must be the identical SKU, size, and flavour or colour.
- The product must be in stock and sold in new condition with all seals intact.
- Clearance, expired, short-dated, open-box, and re-certified items do not qualify.
- The request must be made at the time of purchase, before the order is shipped.
- The price guarantee amount does not include tax.
